Refund policy

We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at aynnalif.store@gmail.com. Please note that exchange will need to be sent to the following address: [24 block b PIA Cooperative Housing Society, Lahore] 

After dispatching, send the picture of receipt of courier in instagram Dm or whatsapp us on 0318-4115115. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll message you to get something in return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchange the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will be paying the Delivery Charges again.

 

Refunds
No refund policy, only you can exchange the product with something else.
